IMPORTANT: Beginning May 1, Batch Mail messages will transition to Arch Link as the weekly communication vehicle to share information across the Archdiocese of Chicago. In an effort to streamline our internal communications practices and provide more timely updates across the Archdiocese of Chicago, Arch Link will gather items relevant to the entire Archdiocese and contain many of the types of messages that were formerly sent from Batch Mail, “Mail Distribution” or from the Vicar General’s office (going forward, messages from the Vicar General will be reserved for significant topics or events pertinent to the presbyterate). To submit content for future installments of Arch Link (the information should be relevant for the entire Archdiocese or all parishes), please send an email with your headline, single paragraph and link(s) to any additional materials to ArchLink@archchicago.org. Attachments, such as bulletin inserts, must be as a PDF document limited to .5 MB (500KB) or less in size. Content should be submitted by Monday at 12:00 p.m. and at least one week in advance of the desired distribution. Please remember that parishes need announcements for their bulletins at least three weeks in advance of the date of an event, or sooner if registration is required.
